The “Embrace the aroma: Aromatherapy Stress Relief Workshop,” organised by the School of Open Learning, was successfully held on January 14, 2026, drawing enthusiastic participants.

Designed to help students navigate the pressures of academic life, the workshop began with an insightful introduction to the fundamentals of aromatherapy. The instructor introduced various essential oils known for their calming and stress-relieving properties. In the hands-on segment, students were guided through the process of blending their own signature “Stress-Relief Rollerball.” The session concluded with a guided aroma meditation, where participants combined deep breathing exercises with their personalised scents to enjoy a moment of profound tranquillity.

The workshop received positive feedback, with participants commending its informative and inspirational nature. Students noted that they not only gained practical stress-management skills but also appreciated the opportunity to socialise and connect with peers, adding a vibrant, therapeutic touch to their campus life.
