Elementary Yoga Class — Relieve Stress and Boost Mind-Body Energy

Yoga 1

The “Elementary Yoga Class”, organised by the School of Open Learning, was successfully held on May 28, 2025. The event attracted over 20 participants who were interested in exploring the fundamentals of yoga practice.  

During the session, the instructor guided participants through basic yoga poses and techniques designed to help them stretch their muscles, release physical tension, and alleviate stress. Additionally, students followed the instructor’s guidance by focusing on their breathing while practising, enhancing mindfulness and nurturing a deeper connection between their body and mind.

Students expressed that the activity was both engaging and enriching. In a relaxed and enjoyable environment, they found ways to calm their minds and rejuvenate their energy. They look forward to participating in similar activities in the future.
