Extended Deadline:  14 November 2025 (Friday), 23:59 Hong Kong Time

We are now accepting research abstracts for consideration for poster presentations. All poster presentations will take place during the conference date from 0900 till the end. We are looking for timely, thought-provoking projects that aim to advance clinical simulation and are relevant to the following audiences: paramedics, nurses, doctors, educators, simulation administrators, technicians, simulator hardware engineers, simulation software developers, etc. All abstracts will be considered, even if they have been previously presented at other meetings. Judges will present an “Excellence in Research Award” to the investigator/author of the winning abstract, as outlined in the marking rubric stated below.

Investigator/Author Guidelines:

  • All abstracts should be submitted online through the abstract submission platform.
  • The deadline for submission of abstracts is Friday, 14 November 2025, 23:59 Hong Kong Time.
  • Abstract grading is blinded, and abstracts are selected based on scientific Please do not have any author details or use xxx to replace the institution name in the content of the research abstract for judging purposes.
  • All research presenters will be required to have a conflict of interest/finance disclosure.
  • Notification letters of acceptance will be sent out by Friday, 21 November, 2025. Abstracts that do not comply with the style and relevant content will be rejected. Notification will be given via email only.
