Celebrating the five years of HKMU SA leadership growth while inviting industry leaders to HKMU and allowing the HKMU community to learn from their career planning and life’s changes. In each session, Student Ambassadors will guide the guests and the audiences to explore their inner strengthens and the way to success.
Terms and Conditions
Organiser
The Participants Draw (“Draw”) is organised by the Student Affairs Office (SAO), Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU).
Acceptance
By taking part in the Draw, participants agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
The Draw is open only to current full-time undergraduate students of HKMU who (i) successfully register for the HKMU Student Ambassador Talent Forum (“Forum”) and (ii) attend the Forum in person. Non-full-time undergraduates, alumni, and staff are not eligible.
Entry
Eligible students will enter the Draw after submitting their Student Participants Draw Stamp Card (“Stamp Card”) by the end of the Forum, verified by SAO.
Chances
The more sharing sessions a student attends at the Forum and the more tasks they complete in the promotion booth, the more chances they will have in the Draw, according to the number of stickers on the Stamp Card.
Draw Process
SAO's records and Draw arrangements (including the number of chances for each participant) are final and binding. Each participant can only receive one prize. Once awarded, their name will be removed from the draw pool, regardless of any remaining chances.

Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products. If any prize is unavailable, SAO may replace it with another item of similar value and nature without prior notice.
Announcement and Notification
Draw results will be announced on the HKMUSAO Instagram on 3 April 2026 (Fri). Winners will also be informed via their HKMU email with details of prize collection.
Collection
Winners must collect their prizes within the period and at the location stated in the notification, and present a valid HKMU student ID and the notification email for verification.
Forfeiture
If a winner does not respond or fails to collect the prize within the specified period, SAO may treat the prize as forfeited and is not obliged to draw a replacement winner.
Liability
SAO will not re-issue any prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, and accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of the prizes.
Personal Data
Participants' personal data (such as name, student ID, HKMU email, and attendance records) will be used only for administering the Draw, verifying eligibility, announcing and contacting winners, and arranging prize collection, and will be handled according to relevant university policies and applicable privacy requirements.
Disqualification
Any participant who provides false information, tampers with registration or attendance procedures (including the Stamp Card), or otherwise acts unfairly may be disqualified at SAO's sole discretion.
Changes
SAO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Disputes
In case of any disputes, SAO's decision shall be final and binding.
The first 100 students who successfully register and attend the event will receive a $25 Ten Ren's Tea (天仁茗茶) /
Starbucks Coffee cash coupon by the end of the event.
