To streamline the procedures and provide better support to student societies in HKMU, the “Societies Management System (SMS)” is launched for societies to submit their applications of different services and to check the application results without time constraints. As the SMS system is under trial period, we shall organize training workshops in January and February 2017 to teach office-bearers how to use various functions in this system.
Student societies can submit applications for the following services through the “SMS” online system:
a) Application for Posting of poster and distribution of promotional materials;
b) Application for Funding; and
c) Application for Reimbursement.
Please read the “Manual for Student Organisations” before you submit applications online. We shall stop receiving forms in hard copy in 2nd quarter 2017 after a smooth transition to the online system; hence office-bearers-in-charge should pay special attention to the operation procedures timely.
