Student Affairs Office Student Community Engagement & Service-Learning Mental Health Ambassador Programme 2025/26 Soul-Wellness” Campaign -「
Hong Kong Metropolitan University's “Soul-Wellness” Campaign (“好療癒”行動) promotes mental well-being through a series of workshops, outreach events and support services. It aims to enhance emotional awareness, build resilience, and foster a compassionate, supportive campus culture where students and staff feel connected, cared for, and empowered to seek help when needed. This year, under the theme of "Self-Understanding," we invite you to join a series of healing experiences to explore your inner world and find the feeling of the here and now.
