Complete Mental Health First Aid Standard Course
Participate in at least 3 training sessions and 3 services
Organise a mental health promotion activity
Participate in engaging training workshops to boost your mental health knowledge and leadership skills;
Engage in meaningful community service opportunities to apply your mental health expertise and make a real difference;
Earn a certificate and a recommendation letter to recognise your outstanding contributions upon completion of the programme; and
