The Student Medical Support Grant Scheme for the 2024-2025 academic year is now open for the second round of applications, which is also the last chance to apply. The Scheme aims to provide subsidies to full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students who have genuine financial challenges due to medical needs. Each successful applicant will receive a maximum grant of HK$2,000 per year, covering outpatient services provided by government clinics, private doctors, specialists and Chinese medicine practitioners, as well as the newly added treatment for tooth diseases. Interested students should log in to the student platform “MyHKMU” to submit the online application form and upload the required supporting documents. Please ensure you read Guidance Notes [MED (2024/25) Guide-e] carefully before applying. The application deadline is 14 March, 2025 (Friday).
