Application for Government Financial Assistance Schemes 2025/26

For Local Students studying Full-time Sub-Degree and Bachelor's Degree Programmes

Government Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)

The two Government Financial Assistance Schemes, FASP and NLSPS, for the 2025/26 Academic Year are now open for online applications. Interested students should submit your applications through the “eWFSFAA” e-service platform administered by the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency. Please refer to the FASP/NLSPS Online Demonstration for more details on the application procedures.

Additional Academic Expenses Grant for Students with Special Educational Needs 

Eligible applicants confirmed by a relevant professional as having special educational needs and who have passed the means test of FASP will be offered an additional academic expenses grant.  For eligibility and more details, please visit the Student Finance Office (SFO) website.
