Closure of E-submission Platform and Late Application for the Government Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) (2025/26)

Students are required to submit only one FASP/NLSPS application each Academic Year (AY). Students who have already submitted their application for the 2025/26 AY may disregard this announcement.

Closure of E-submission Platform

The Student Finance Office (SFO) will soon close the E-submission Platform of FASP / NLSPS for maintenance. Interested students should submit your application by 16 Jan 2026 (Fri).

Late Application

Late applicants should submit their applications by using the designated application form and submitting it to the SFO in hardcopy.  All late applications would only be processed for circumstances that are beyond the control of individual applicants and will only be considered on individual merits.  Applicants must give detailed justifications for their late applications in writing.  Applicants who would like to submit a late FASP application due to such circumstances have to provide documentary proofs to substantiate their claims. Please note that late applications together with all necessary supporting documents must reach the SFO by 31 Mar 2026 (Tue).
