At MU88, residential life is an essential pillar of HKMU's commitment to holistic education. To ensure students are well-supported as they transition to independent living, MU88 is overseen by a dedicated Live-in Management Team. This team provides pastoral care, manages daily operations, and curates a vibrant residential education program designed to enrich student life.

The team is led by a Warden, who serves as the head of the residence and provides strategic leadership in cultivating a safe, inclusive, and student-centered living-learning environment.

The Warden is supported by an Assistant Warden and a team of Resident Tutors. Together, they reside on-site to oversee hall operations, facilitate student development, and foster a strong sense of community.
