MU88 is the first university-owned student residence of Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU). Ideally situated in Hung Hom, the facility is within short walking distance of both the HKMU campus and Ho Man Tin MTR Station.

MU88 consists of two 16-storey towers providing modern accommodation for approximately 430 students, faculty, and staff.

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive “home away from home”, specifically tailored to meet the needs of our non-local student community.

Beyond offering living spaces, MU88 fosters a vibrant and inclusive residential community. Here, students from diverse backgrounds interact, learn, and grow together. Through our shared communal spaces, residential education programs, and social engagement opportunities, residents are encouraged to broaden their horizons, develop global perspectives, and build lasting connections.
