Getting to Know Counselling

Navigating university life brings exciting opportunities, but it can also come with stress, uncertainty, and emotional challenges. Our counselling service offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about anything that’s on your mind—whether it’s academic pressure, homesickness, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling lost. Taking that first step to speak with someone can feel daunting, but it’s also a sign of strength and we’re here to support you, no matter where you’re starting from.
