Mr. Daniel Chan Ho Yuen, MH

Mr. Daniel Chan Ho Yuen, MH, is a distinguished wheelchair badminton athlete from Hong Kong. He secured the bronze medal in the Men's Singles WH2 category at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games and the silver medal at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games. Mr. Chan has achieved numerous accolades at both World and Asian Championships, representing Hong Kong in over 500 international competitions and earning more than 80 medals. He has been recognised as one of Hong Kong's Ten Outstanding Young Persons, an Outstanding Athlete, and was awarded the Medal of Honour by the Hong Kong SAR Government. Currently, he serves as Chair of the BWF Para Athletes Commission, actively contributes to social affairs, and demonstrates leadership in sports development and public engagement.

Ms. Yuenkei Ho, BBS

Ms. Yuenkei Ho, BBS, is the Founder of Love Inclusion Charity Association and a current Hong Kong Boccia athlete representing China Hong Kong. She made history at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games by becoming the world's first female Boccia athlete to win both individual and mixed pairs gold medals. Beyond sports, Yuenkei is deeply committed to community impact — she frequently delivers life education talks in schools across Hong Kong, inspiring students through her own story of resilience and inclusion. Her contributions to society have been widely recognized: she was named one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2023, honored as Hong Kong Outstanding Female Athlete in 2022 and 2024, and awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the HKSAR Government in 2025.

Mrs Kay Rawbone, BEM

Mrs Kay Rawbone, BEM, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sailability Hong Kong. A passionate, people-focused leader, she has dedicated her life making sailing accessible to people of all abilities. Kay holds a number of key roles in international organisations, including Chair of World Sailing's Para Inclusive Sailing Committee and member of its Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Co‑opted Executive Committee member of the Asian Sailing Federation (ASAF), Chair of ASAF's Para & Inclusive Sailing Committee, and member of the Grassroot and Sailing Pathway Committee of Sailing Federation of Hong Kong, China. Recognised with the British Empire Medal (BEM) for pioneering inclusive sailing, she continues to champion equity, diversity, inclusion, and community engagement through sailing worldwide.
