Application Procedures (Diploma / Sub-degree Programmes)

Application Fee Payment Application Fee^{^}: Local applicants：HK$300 Non-local applicants*：HK$515 by Visa, Master Card, UnionPay, FPS, PPS (Online Instant Payment), WeChat Pay, Alipay, BoC Pay or Quick Pass through the School's Online Admission Application System.		2. Application Fee Payment Application Fee^{^}: Local applicants：HK$300 Non-local applicants*：HK$515 E-APP application: you will receive a separate email acknowledgement detailing the arrangement of application fee payment after your application via E-app has been received by the School.
Applicants are advised to keep payment receipt or bank transaction record as proof of payment. The application will only be processed when the application fee has settled.

^{^}Application fee paid will not be refunded and non-transferable unless the programme applied is subsequently cancelled.

*According to the Education Bureau (EDB), NON-LOCAL STUDENTS, for the purpose of admission to post-secondary programmes, are defined as follows:

The student is a holder of the following documents issued by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR:

Student visa / entry permit; or
Visa / entry permit under the Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates; or
Dependant visa / entry permit who were 18 years old or above when they were issued with such visa / entry permit by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR.

The status of non-local students will apply to admission, application fee, tuition fee, scholarship, financial aid, programme enrollment, and any other matters related to education.
