Ms. Wu Hui, Dean of the School of International Education, and Ms. Li Lu, Director of the International Office, both from Ocean University of China, visited the Kwai Hing Campus on 15 December 2025. Dr. Benjamin Chan (Dean), together with Dr. Yvonne Chen (Associate Director), Mr. Richard Yang (Acting Programme Director), and Dr. Palace Peng (Senior Administration Manager), warmly received the guests and introduced the School's educational philosophy of “ internationalisation in place and cultural integration,” together with student activities and campus facilities. The visitors highly commended the School's ethos of “silent nurturing—education permeating every corner of the campus.”

 

Ocean University of China (OUC) is a key comprehensive university under direct administration of the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE), with a complete range of academic and research programs, and distinctive strengths in marine science and fisheries. It is part of the country's Project 211 and Project 985. Since 2017, it has been included in China's plan of building world-class universities. Since the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding earlier this year, the two institutions have finalised the direction and model of cooperation in sub-degree education through multiple rounds of discussions. 中國海洋大學國際教育學院院長吳慧女士與中國海洋大學國際教育學院合作辦學部主任李璐女士，於2025年12月15日蒞臨本院葵興校園。本院院長曾德源博士率副院長陳羿帆博士、署理課程總監楊希先生、高級行政經理彭麗思博士盛情接待，並向來賓闡述「在地國際化和文化共融」之教育理念，展示學生活動與校園設施。來賓對本院「潤物無聲、教育浸潤每個角落」之匠心深表讚賞。

 

中國海洋大學（OCEAN UNIVERSITY OF CHINA），簡稱中國海大（OUC），是一所學科門類齊全、海洋和水產學科特色顯著的教育部直屬重點綜合性大學，是國家「211工程」「985工程」和「雙一流」重點建設高校。自2017年起，該校已被納入中國建設世界一流大學的計劃。自年中簽署合作備忘錄以來，兩校歷經多輪磋商，已就合作方向與模式達成共識。後續進展，敬請垂注雙方官方發佈。
