Institutional Reader Cards can be borrowed in person at the Service Counter of the Stanley Ho Library.
Returning / Renewals
Users must return Institutional Reader Cards in person at the Service Counter of Stanley Ho Library. Cards can be renewed anytime until the maximum loan period is reached. No renewal will be allowed if the item has been requested by another borrower.
Overdue or loss
Late return of Institutional Reader Card is subject to an overdue fine HK$3 per day. The grace period does not apply to Institutional Reader Cards loans.
For lost or damaged cards, borrowers are liable for the replacement cost as charged by the issuing library and a processing fee. Any loss or damage should be reported in person at the Library Service Counters or email to libcirc@hkmu.edu.hk.
Making hold requests
Institutional Reader Cards may be reserved via E-Library if all available cards from the same Institution are currently checked out.
