Library Library Activity: Comfort Paws

As the semester comes to an end, you may be feeling overwhelmed with the pressure of completing reports, exams, and tests. To help you unwind, the Student Affairs Office and the Library have organized the following two programmes: “Comfort Zone” and “Comfort Paws”.

Comfort Zone

Mental Health Ambassadors and Counsellors from the Student Affairs Office have created a “Comfort Zone” in the Ho Sik Yee Library (Jockey Club Campus) for students to alleviate mental stress and take a break. You can also engage in meaningful conversations with our supportive Mental Health Ambassadors.

Remark

1. Mental Health Ambassadors (MHA) will be stationed in the comfort zone.

2. Please follow the rules of the “Comfort Zone” when enjoying this cozy area.

Comfort Paws

Apart from the “Comfort Zone”, we are excited to bring you “Comfort Paws” events to make your days more enjoyable and relaxing. Fantastic visitors – Therapy Dogs and their handlers, will be waiting you in the Library!

*On 12 April, the available time slot is 11:30 am to 13:30 pm.

1.Welcome for walk-in, while reservation is not required to participate in the event.

2.If the number of participants exceeds the capacity, you will need to wait to join.
