Together, let's make learning fun and rewarding!
Join eligible library events between September 2025 and March 2026 to automatically earn points toward your badge. Collecting more than TEN points qualifies you for the Annual Badge 2025/26, and badge holders will also be entered into a lucky draw.
Every point earned in the Autumn term carries forward, boosting your annual total and turning each event into a chance to advance.
Badges will be delivered via email to participant's registered HKMU email address.
September - December 2025: Autumn Badge
November 2025: 1st batch of Autumn Badge achievers (6 points) - souvenirs collected
September 2025 - March 2026: Annual Badge
December 2025: Every point earned in the Autumn term carries forward
May 2026: Annual Grand Prize Draw

1. Only active HKMU students and staff are eligible to participate in this program.
2. Participants will gain point(s) for attending eligible library event between September and December 2025.
3. Attending or watching the same workshop/activity within the same academic year will only be counted once.
4. In-class workshops are excluded from Badge eligibility.
5. To be eligible, participants must attend at least 80% of the total workshop duration, including viewing any associated recorded videos.
6. E-Badges will be sent to participants' HKMU email addresses at the end of the semester.
7. The Library reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Badge Program at any time without prior notice.
8. The Library will collect and process participants' personal data to manage registrations and attendance. All data will be handled in accordance with the University's privacy policy.
9. Recipients of an Autumn Badge will be eligible to enter the Grand Prize Draw, which is expected to take place in January 2026, for a chance to win a prize.
