Biography

Ko graduated from the University of New South Wales Australia with a Master’s degree of Information Management and Librarianship.  He has over 20 years of experience in the development and management of library services at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University, specifically in the area of user services, information services and user education, digitalization services and record management.
