Biography
Bill holds a Master’s degree in Information Management and Systems from Monash University. He has substantial experience in the development and management of both academic and special libraries. He began his professional career as the E-Resources and Serials Management Librarian at Lingnan University, subsequently served as the Senior Librarian at the Legislative Council Library, and later joined The University of Hong Kong as the Medical Librarian. Bill is currently responsible for leading the Collection Development and Management and Public Services Divisions, as well as overseeing the University Archives and Special Collections at the HKMU Library.
