Library User Satisfaction Survey

The OUHK Library User Satisfaction Survey 2016 was conducted from 1 November 2016 to 20 November 2016. By the end of the survey, the Library received 1,889 responses. Among the respondents, over 90% are students, the rest are staff, tutors and others. The overall satisfaction score is 3.9, on a five-point scale (five being the highest). The summary of the survey results was uploaded to the E-Library. You can also click here to view the results.

We would like to thank all who have participated in the survey. As a token of thanks, bookshop vouchers each worth HK$100 were given out to 20 winners randomly drawn from a prize draw.
The Library will act upon the comments received and try our best to meet the needs of our users.
