Eight or more delegates from the same institution registering for the conference of ICOIE 2024 at the same time will be entitled to a 20% discount on the registration fee. To be entitled for this discount, use the following form for registration.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made. A substitution can be made with written permission from the original registrant and approval by the Organising Committee at least two weeks before the conference.
Data use and protection
Information collected in the registration process will be used for the administration of this conference. For details about data protection, please refer to HKMU's personal data protection policy .

For the 2024 International Conference on Open and Innovative Education (“ICOIE 2024”), Hong Kong Metropolitan University (“HKMU”) and the Organizing Committee of ICOIE 2024 (“OC”) would only act as the event host and organizer of ICOIE 2024. All arrangements for the conference such as those in travel, transport, accommodation and services are made on the expressed condition that neither HKMU nor OC will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, injury, losses, accidents, delays or irregularities of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including but without limitation to, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as airlines, cruise lines, trains, hotels, restaurants, ground handlers, etc., who is to or does supply any goods or services to the participants of the conference.
