Remarks:

  1. Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) and/or Continuing Professional Development CPD points will be provided for local on-site participants who have fulfilled the stipulated requirements and provided the registration/enrolment number of the profession.
    – CNE – for Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses in Hong Kong: Pending
    – CPD – for Registered Physiotherapists and Registered Occupational Therapists in Hong Kong: Pending
  2. Pre-registration is required for the afternoon session of the workshop. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. An electronic certificate of participation will be sent to each participant via email after the conference.
  4. Each poster presentation requires at least one registration under Category A or C. 
  5. Students are required to email a copy of a valid student identity card to icg2026@hkmu.edu.hk for verification. Upon successful verification, a link to the online registration form will be provided for registration and payment.
  6. Students who are selected for either oral or poster presentation will have their registration fee waived. Please email a copy of a valid student identity card to icg2026@hkmu.edu.hk for complimentary registration.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made. A substitution can be made with written permission from the original registrant and approval by the Organising Committee on or before 2 June 2026.
