Remarks:

  1. Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) and/or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points will be provided for local on-site participants who fulfilled the stipulated requirements and provided the registration/nnrolment number of the profession.
  2. Pre-registration is required for the afternoon session of the workshop. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. An electronic certificate of participation will be sent to each participant via email after the conference.
  4. Each poster presentation requires at least one registration under Category A. 
  5. Full-time students authors who wish to present their posters are required to register under Category B.
  6. Any participant who brings their spouse or family members to the conference should make sure that every one of them has completed their registration.
  7. Full-time students should send a copy of a valid student identity card by email to icg2026@hkmu.edu.hk to verify the student identity. After the verification, an online registration form will be offered for online registration and further payment. 

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made. A substitution can be made with written permission from the original registrant and approval by the Organising Committee on or before 2 June 2026.

Media Consent and Usage 
HKMU and ICG reserve the right to take photos, videos or recordings in other forms during the activity for all kinds of promotion and legal purposes without seeking further approval from applicants or making payments of any kind to them.
