Remarks:

Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) and/or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points will be provided for local on-site participants who fulfilled the stipulated requirements only.
Pre-registration is required for the afternoon session of the workshop and Simulation Battle. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
An electronic certificate of participation will be sent to each participant via email after the conference.
Each poster presentation requires at least one registration under Category B.
Full-time student authors who wish to present their posters are required to register at the Category C.
Any participant who brings their spouse or family members to the conference should make sure that every one of them has completed their registration.
Full-time students should send a copy of a valid student identity card by email to simconf@hkmu.edu.hk to verify the student identity. After the verification, an online registration form will be offered for online registration and further payment.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made. A substitution can be made with written permission from the original registrant and approval by the Organising Committee on or before 22 December 2025.

All arrangements for the conference such as those in travel, transport, accommodation, and services are made on the expressed condition that neither HKMU nor OC will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, injury, losses, accidents, delays or irregularities of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including but without limitation to, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as airlines, cruise lines, trains, hotels, restaurants, ground handlers, etc., who is to or does supply any goods or services to the participants of the conference.

Media Consent and Usage
HKMU and SIMCON reserve the right to take photos, videos or recordings in other forms during the activity for all kinds of promotion and legal purposes without seeking further approval from applicants or making payments of any kind to them.
