Efforts made by the OUHK and other organizations in providing barrier-free websites to help bridge the digital divide were acknowledged at the Webcare Award presentation ceremony held on 22 October. Webmaster Mr Albert Tse (middle) received the Award on behalf of the University, which also won awards in 2002 and 2004. The competition was organized by the Hong Kong Internet Professional Association.
