Finance Office Main Services Rendered Treasury and Investment

Main Functions:

To manage the University's cashflow position so as to meet its funding needs while maximizing investment returns from surplus cash.
To source for appropriate investment vehicles to rain a reasonable level of returns at appropriate risk levels.
To undertake regular reviews and to advise the Finance Committee on investment strategies and, if necessary, make changes to investment guidelines.
To monitor the performance of the University's investment portfolios and to make regular reports to University management, the Finance Committee and University Council.
