Finance Office Main Services Rendered Financial Systems Support and Financial Management Policy

Main Functions:

To perform user-end management of systems which have close relations with financial operations so that efficient and uninterrupted services could be delivered.
To monitor the development and maintenance of Financial Management System and other finance-related systems (the relevant systems).
To provide support and training to users on the use of the relevant systems.
To keep under constant review the University's financial management framework, the Unit's processes and procedures, the University’s internal control and risk management measures in order to assist senior management and Council in fulfilling their stewardship function.
