One-to-one Consultations - School of Education and Languages

The Language Centre offers English and Cantonese one-to-one consultation sessions to all HKMU students.

One-to-one consultation sessions (50 minutes) supports students in improving their speaking, writing, reading, listening and/or presentation skills in English/Cantonese. Students should be prepared with any questions, assignments and/or materials they would like to review with their tutor.

*Note: Proofreading of assignments will require students to schedule a session with the tutor in advance, and be worked on together.

Interested students can choose to engage in English/Cantonese practice with their advisors on Zoom or face-to-face.

Face-to-face sessions will be held at the Language Centre. You will need to visit the Language Centre to physically attend the session.
Online sessions will be conducted on Zoom. You will need to log in to Zoom and join us online. Your advisor will email you with the Zoom details before your session.
