Korean Class

The Language Centre will organise a Korean class for HKMU full-time students in each term. Let's find out more below!

Class features:

• Designed for beginners.
• Suitable for students who have never learned Korean or only know Korean pronunciation without formal knowledge of Korean grammar.
• We will start with basic pronunciation and then progress to learning simple conversations and vocabulary used in daily life.
• By the end of the course, you will also have a better understanding of the Korean language and Korean culture.
• Each student will only be assigned into one class

Class schedule:

Summer 2026

From 9 June to 7 July 2026, every Tue and Thur

Class format:

• Online Zoom classes.
• Learning materials and Zoom meeting links will be available online.

Application details:

• Class quota: 30 (first-come-first-served)
• Medium of teaching: Cantonese / Putonghua (depends on the teacher's preference)
• Eligibility: HKMU full-time students
• Pay $500 class fee online (Participants who attend 80% or more of the class will be eligible for a full fee subsidy)
