Prof Andy Chin and Dr. Eric Chong visited Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School on 14 Nov.
Integrating the educational philosophies of both Shenzhen and Hong Kong, this Shenzhen Hong Kong School operates Hong Kong curriculum, international integrated curriculum, and mainland curriculum for parents to choose for their eligible students. The school adopts a boarding school system where students receive formal school curriculum, informal learning activities, and after class development and cultivation programmes for whole personal development.
The visit featured a fruitful dialogue exploring future collaborations between the school management team and E&L. In particular, teacher training and continuous professional development were identified for further discussion between two sides. A campus tour also enabled more understanding of the school development and curriculum.
