Student Announcements

This announcement is for students taking examination on campus.  For students taking examinations in Guangzhou, they will receive a separate e-mail notification.

Below please find the 2022 Summer Examination period. Details of the examination arrangements have been posted on HKMU website. 

Please check the details of your examination(s) and obtain your Examination Centre Notification via:

HKMU website http://www.hkmu.edu.hk (Current Students):  Login to MyHKMU > My Programme (Please select your Programme) > Academic > Examinations and Assessment > Examination Timetable and Arrangement

Please print a clean copy of the Examination Centre Notification with details of the examination date, time, venue, and examination number for your course examination(s) and remember to bring it to every examination session. You MUST also bring along the following items when you attend the examination(s):

1. Hong Kong identity card;
2. HKMU Student identity card (Note that OUHK Student ID is no longer valid.  Please ensure you have submitted your vaccination record via VTRS; to check your VTRS record click here);
3. Surgical face mask;
4. Mobile phone with “LeaveHomeSafe” app installed;
5. Photo of your RAT negative result performed on examination day prior to coming on campus; and
6. Completed candidate’s health declaration form.

Your attention is drawn to the information contained in this document: ‘Precautionary Measures on the COVID-19’. Please read and observe the instructions therein carefully. The University will make every effort to ensure the safety of students who are required to be physically present for the examinations. Preventive measures include requiring candidates to check their body temperature, perform the COVID-19 rapid antigen test on each examination day, health declaration, and regular venue disinfection will be strictly observed and carried out.

• Distribution of Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) kits

Candidates will each receive one RAT kit when they submit Health Declaration Form to invigilators before entering exam venue.

• CAMPUS ASSESS CONTROL MEASURES

With effect from 31 May 2022, anyone entering the campus will be required to get vaccinated according to Phase 3 of the Campus Access Control measures [details].  Please ensure that you submit your Vaccination Record, or medical Exemption Certificate and negative test result, or Recovery Record as well as up-to-date vaccination record via the Vaccination/Testing Registration System (VTRS) to enter the campus. Those who fail to comply with the requirements WILL NOT be allowed to enter the campuses.  For further information, please visit the FAQ [link] on the Covid-19 Info-hub.
