Home Certificate of Merit in the 2002 Call Centre Awards Competition

The OUHK’s Information Centre won a Certificate of Merit in the 2002 Call Centre Awards Competition jointly organized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Call Centre Association. The University is one of the few winning organizations among over 40 entries from a wide spectrum of businesses and government departments. The Information Centre was transformed into a call centre in 1999 and has become an efficient one-stop channel for students and the public to make enquiries, which can be done through telephone, fax, email, Web-chat and Internet phone since then.
