Biography

Mr Louis Fung joined Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) in 2014 and obtained his Master of Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University. Mr Louis Fung has extensive teaching experience at the undergraduate level in human resources management and organisational behaviour. Before joining HKMU, Louis worked as an HR practitioner in the catering industry. Mr. Louis Fung is currently a candidate of the Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (Work and Organisation) programme at Aston University. His research interest mainly focuses on leadership studies and work-life balance
