Biography

Ingrid Lai earned her Master of Science in Information & Technology in Education from The University of Hong Kong, following her Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). She has a wealth of experience working in education and tertiary institutions, primarily teaching communications, language, and ethics courses. Her research focuses on Education Technology, Student Engagement, Sense of Belonging, and Gamification.
