Biography

Ms Carol Yuk-kwai Lee graduated from the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of Hong Kong Polytechnic University with Master of Science in Hotel and Tourism Management as well as Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia. She is also Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) and Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE).

Carol is regularly invited by Education Bureau (EDB) to serve as a member in the Curriculum Development Council (CDC) - Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) Committee on Tourism and Hospitality Studies (THS) offered to the secondary schools in Hong Kong.  She is also frequently invited to serve as academic advisor and external examiner of tertiary institutions to provide professional advice on their hospitality programmes.

Carol began her academic career in City University of Hong Kong.  She had extensive teaching and programme administration work experience in higher education and vocational training field.  Meanwhile, she received staff contribution award and nominations of teaching awards. To become an academic profession, Carol is currently a candidature of Doctor of Education of Hong Kong Baptist University.
