Dr. Mimmy Kong earned her Doctor of Education from Northeastern University, a Master of Science in Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Cardiff University. With many years of experience in higher education, she has taught a wide range of business management subjects, including strategic management, management information systems, and marketing.
Her research interests focus on strategic management, e‑learning, mobile learning, pedagogical innovation, and management information systems. Combining academic rigor with a passion for educational innovation, Dr. Kong is dedicated to advancing both business education and the integration of technology into teaching and learning.
