Biography

Dr. Eric K. W. Lau earned his Ph. D. at the City University of Hong Kong in 2004. He has published articles in journals such as the Business Ethics: A European Review, and the Asian Journal of Business and Information Systems. He has also published four books on service quality and IT adoption in Hong Kong.

Dr. Lau awarded MH (Medal of Honour) from Hong Kong Government (July, 2022) in recognition of his contributions to the sustainable development of the agricultural and fisheries industry, particularly in the enhancement of the marketing knowledge and skills of local farmers and fishermen.

He is currently the Chairperson - Organizing Committee of HK Farmfest 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023.

Also, the Chairperson, Crop Farming Sub-committee, Advisory Committee on Agriculture and Fisheries ACAF, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department.
