David is a Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) approved Aviation English Language Proficiency (AELP) Level 6 and General English Language Proficiency (GELP) examnier, also a Lecturer who serve and assist Aviation Programme at Hong Kong Metropolitan University. David's work centres on explaining aviation subjects in a simple, practical way and supporting the smooth running of the programme. He stays closely connected with the industry to bring updated insights, events, and opportunities that help students strengthen their skills and confidence.
