Biography

Dr. Yun (David) Feng is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration at Hong Kong Metropolitan University. He is a scholar specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and machine learning applications in finance. Dr. Feng holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Adelaide and has published his research in leading academic journals.

Academic & Professional Experience

Prior to his current role as a Research Fellow at the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), Dr. Feng was a Lecturer at the University of Adelaide, where he taught courses in derivatives and risk management. His professional experience also includes extensive work as a research assistant and a period as a Lecturer in Accounting at Shanghai Normal University.
