Biography

Ms. Wan received a Master's degree in Sports Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from The Open University of Hong Kong. She has been actively involved in promoting community health and fitness, with a focus on senior citizens, empowering individuals to lead healthy lifestyles. Her research interests include sports coaching, sports injury prevention, and sports biomechanics.
