Biography

Mr. Fung joined Hong Kong Metropolitan University (formerly the Open University of Hong Kong) in 2021. He has received Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science in the University of Hong Kong, Bachelor of Business Administration in the Open University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology Studies in Hong Kong Metropolitan University. He also obtained Master of Arts in Mathematics and Pedagogy in the Education University of Hong Kong, Master of Education in Advanced Teaching in University of the People, Master of Finance in Higher School of Economics (HSE University, Moscow), Master of Public Health in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Master of Leadership in Service and Innovation in the University of Queensland. Besides, he is a certified ESG Planner (CEP®), certified NLP practitioner & NLP coach, certified Financial Risk Manager and a member of CPA Australia.

He has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate levels in financial accounting, auditing, management accounting, marketing management, consumer behavior, organizational management, risk management and business law.
