Certificate in Supervisory Management for Aviation Security

Programme Code：CSMAS (in collaboration with Aviation Security Company Limited (AVSECO))

Introduction

The programme of Certificate in Supervisory Management for Aviation Security, which is offered by B&A in collaboration with AVSECO, is designed to train AVSECO Security Supervisors who are seeking personal advancement in leadership development and/or planning to get promotion to respective ranks.

Aims

The programme aims to equip students with the required technical knowledge, analytical abilities, leadership attributes, management and soft skills for being a professional security supervisor in aviation security environment. It also enhances students' communication skills which can facilitate their future career development.

Entry Requirements

(a) This Programme is designed for AVSECO Security Supervisors.

(b) Applicants are normally required to meet the following minimum requirements:

i. At least one year of relevant working experience at the rank of AVSECO Security Supervisor or above; and

ii. Completion of secondary education (F.5 under the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or F.6 under the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE)) or equivalent; and

iii. Completion of AVSECO Certificate in Aviation Security Guarding Services (QF Level 3).
