The Award was presented by the Commonwealth of Learning to recognize publicly-funded or non-profit-making organizations/institutions throughout the Commonwealth using innovative and effective applications of learning technologies that have resulted in a demonstrable way to reach students who might not have been able to participate in the education or training experience. The OUHK was one of the three Commonwealth institutions selected to receive the award.
