Contents:

  • Tips for last-minute preparation for the 10km, half and full marathon races
  • Pre-race warm-up technique
  • During race self-management
  • Post-race recovery technique

Features:

  • Assessment and hands-on practice for correct stretching and recovery technique 
  • FREE gift of a massage ball (for recovery)
  • Priority to enroll for 1 recovery session at IOH after the race day with limited quota

Introduction:

Marathon race creates various degrees of wear and stress on our body systems including muscles and joints. Sports recovery involves using various methods such as stretching or equipment to help our body to recover, to promote tissue repair and remodeling, reduce fatigue and prevent injuries.
