Dr. Lee holds a doctorate from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He will explain how to reduce stress related to work and study.

Dr. Kathy Chan

Dr. Kathy Chan

Dr. Chan is a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Psychiatrists. She will talk about children's emotions and how parents can help their children to relieve stress from study.

On October 4, Dr Dominic Lee and Dr Kathy Chan, both specializing in psychiatry, gave a talk on 'Emotion and Stress Handling' in the presence of 280 attendees. Dr Lee introduced ways to relieve stress arising from work and study. He also recommended a number of self-improvement books with topics ranging from time, financial and health management, to career planning. Dr Chan explained the causes of anxiety disorders in children and emphasized the importance of the family time.
