Dr Shea shared tips for a healthy lifestyle and longevity. He suggested that elderly people should do more aerobic exercise such as Tai Chi or swimming, and pay attention to foot care and household safety. He also advised them to take part in social activities and make new friends to keep their minds alert and active.
