A 20-year veteran in China and Asia Pacific markets. Mr Marshall has been working with various listed Fortune 500 companies (e.g. Rolls Royce, Ralph Lauren, Lane Crawford, BEA, JP Morgan, Aston Martin, Dunhill, Audi, Leica, HSBC, NOAH wealth Management, etc) from sales and marketing to strategic executive roles, in most cases focusing on luxury industries and their clientele.

His deep experience in the luxury area and long term operations in Tier 2-3 cities in China has helped his work in expanding companies into China's affluent world, developing practical strategies in building new markets and how to develop closer relationships with high net worth individuals.
