'Boss Spirit', which is a key term in Mr. Lee's management theory for Circle K stores, refers to the management technique that encourages staff to run the business as an owner to increase their sense of belonging. This special culture has attracted many young people under 25 to work for Circle K stores. Mr. Lee will share more on the 'Boss Spirit' during the talk.
