At the talk 'Make Your Job Interview a Success with NPL' on 24 January, certified trainer and master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Mr Raymond Ng illustrated how to use breathing and NLP techniques of 'affirmation' and 'merging of the models' to reduce anxiety and stay calm and confident in job interviews. Through role playing, Mr Ng further demonstrated how to build up an affinity with people to the more than 300 participants.
